How to book
To book a pod at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks, simply click ‘BOOK NOW’ or use the calendar search engine above.
You will be re-directed to our booking system which is powered by Freetobook.
Freetobook are a secure online booking system specially designed for holiday accommodation.
Our online payment system is powered by Stripe and is fully integrated into our Freetobook system.
Stripe accept all major debit and credit cards allowing you to have the added security that comes with using your credit card online.
Booking confirmations are emailed 30 minutes after booking.
Booking policy
Pets: Pets are only permitted in our designated, pre-booked dog-friendly pods. All other pods are pet-free.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping in or around the pods.
Visitors: For the comfort and safety of all guests, no extra visitors are permitted on site.
Group bookings: For whole-site enquiries, please contact us in advance. Please note: we do not accept bookings for 4 or 5 pods.
Parties: We do not accept stag/hen parties or similar events.
Departure: Please leave your pod clean and tidy on departure.
Payment policy
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the stay is required on booking.
- Full booking balance must be paid at least 28 days before arrival.
- If your booking is less than 28 days before your stay then full payment is required on booking.
Cancellation conditions
- If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
- In the event you need to cancel your stay due to Covid reasons – for your reassurance we can give the opportuntity to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund without charge.
